We are seeking an experienced Nurse Case Manager interested in working with injured workers and worker’s compensation cases to cover Rochester, NY and surrounding communities to include Bloomfield, Palmyra, Geneva, and Auburn . This role is a home-based position with travel, up to 2 hours one-way (4 hours round-trip), to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and various other locations.
