Position Summary: The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing care and staff on assigned shifts to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to residents. This leadership role involves clinical supervision, direct patient care, coordination with other departments, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The RN Supervisor supports and enforces policies, trains and mentors staff, and serves as a clinical resource within the facility. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure nursing practices are in compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and professional standards. Participate in audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain infection control and safety protocols throughout the facility. Monitor and report incidents or changes in resident conditions per facility policy. The complexity of these patients requires a patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2.
