Monitor and assess resident conditions, ensuring that care plans are followed and updated as necessary. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans. Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for the nursing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations regarding resident care, infection control, and safety. Participate in resident care meetings, quality assurance programs, and staff training initiatives. Investigate and resolve resident or family concerns in a professional and compassionate manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in medical records and ensure compliance with all charting requirements. Assist in recruitment, orientation, and training of new nursing staff. Qualifications & Requirements: Active RN license in PA – in good standing. Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or related healthcare setting. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control, and best nursing practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. Registered Nurse Supervisor

Skilled Nursing Facility with 200+ residents is currently looking for RN Supervisors to join their team! POSITION SUMMARY The RN Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Shifts Available: Weekday Position: 11pm-7am Monday-Friday Weekend Position: 7am-7pm Saturday-Sunday HIRING IMMEDIATELY! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides direct nursing care to assigned patients/residents on a designated unit (sub-acute or dementia care) on a shift basis: Identifies patient/resident care needs and provides direct nursing care according to the individual plan of care and as directed by immediate supervisor; Establishes and maintains a positive rapport with patients/residents, family members, visitors, etc., in providing direct nursing care; Completes all activities of daily living; e.g., bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc., in accordance with established policies, procedures, and prescribed timeframes; Properly answers call bells in a timely fashion for assigned patients/residents and any others on the unit; Promptly reports any suspected or actual patient/resident neglect to immediate supervisor; Promptly responds to emergency patient/resident situations, notifying immediate supervisor as required; Functions as an effective member of the patient/resident care team by completing and documenting assignments in a timely, accurate, and caring manner. Effectively collaborates with other care team members to create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity throughout the unit; Properly completes required documentation on daily flow sheets; Dependent upon specific unit assignment, may: Coordinate daily plan of care with care team leader and document files; Coordinate rest periods and activities for patients/residents around their daily appointments and therapy sessions; Assist with bowel and bladder retaining for those patients/residents who are incontinent; Welcome and assist with new admissions, obtain vital signs, weight, height, complete inventory sheet, and appropriately label patient/resident belongings and equipment; Maintain special precautions for certain diagnoses; e.g., hip precautions for patients/residents with hip replacements, etc. Strictly adheres to safety and infection control rules, regulations, policies, and procedures: Follows universal precaution procedures at all times; Utilizes equipment in patient/resident care procedures properly and safely with minimal risk to self and others and in compliance with operating instructions; Identifies potential safety hazards and promptly reports hazards to the appropriate department in a timely fashion either verbally or in writing; Adheres to established policy and procedures regarding patient/resident neglect; Follows established emergency procedures to include fire, disaster, and evacuation plans and procedures. Actively participates in performance improvement activities and special projects, as required or as assigned. May serve as a participant on various internal committees. Assistant Director of Nursing for Long Term Care Facility

Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) assists in the planning, organization, development, and supervision of nursing services in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies. The ADON plays a key leadership role in ensuring quality resident care, supporting clinical staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance in collaboration with the Director of Nursing. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Staff Supervision: Support the DON in managing day-to-day clinical operations. Supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), providing leadership and guidance. Assist with hiring, orientation, training, and evaluation of nursing personnel. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, support, and discipline as needed. Assist with staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage on all shifts. Resident Care & Clinical Oversight: Monitor resident care and ensure care plans are followed and updated as needed.
