Job Summary The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) cares for our patients within the scope of training and approved the agreement, as outlined by their governing board. Works collaboratively with other providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and a high level of patient satisfaction. This position works directly with a franchised business location. Evaluates performance of assigned staff. Performs other duties as requested. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required. BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required. Current State Driver's License in good standing required. Assisted Living, Personal Care Administrator, Nursing Facility Administrator License as defined by state requirements, required within 90 days or as defined by regulation.
