We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Clinical Nurse to join our team. This position will oversee clinical operations across multiple nursing homes in Pennsylvania, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Regional Clinical Nurse Key Responsibilities:

Ensure top-notch clinical practices and compliance.
Guide and support nursing staff.
Implement and monitor quality improvements.
Conduct audits and inspections.
Develop training programs.
Collaborate with administrators.
Resolve clinical issues promptly.

Regional Clinical Nurse Qualifications:

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
Experience in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel.
Proficient in EMR systems.
