Inform staff of patient flow and assist with patient preparation. Record medical history, take vitals, and escalate critical cases. Perform point-of-care testing (e.g., flu, strep, ECG). Perform phlebotomy and administer injections as needed. Maintain exam rooms, stock supplies, and manage inventory. Update medical records and scan documents. Answer phone calls and handle mail.
