Position: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Location: Bergen County, NJ Schedule: 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM, 20 hours per week Client: 80-year-old man with slight dementia, requiring assistance in the morning for personal care and preparation to attend the senior center. Job Responsibilities: Assist the client with morning routines, including dressing, personal hygiene, and ensuring overall cleanliness. Provide gentle direction and reminders to the client, ensuring he is ready for his day and able to follow his morning routine independently with your support. Assist with any additional care needs as they arise, ensuring the client's safety and comfort. Support the client’s transition to the senior center, ensuring a smooth and comfortable departure. What We Are Looking For: A dedicated CHHA with a heart for caregiving and a passion for working with seniors. Experience with dementia care is highly preferred. Ability to work independently and follow through with care instructions. Compassionate and reliable, with a commitment to enhancing the client’s quality of life.
