Perform physical examinations and obtain comprehensive health histories. Provide occupational health services, health promotion, counseling, and patient education. Administer medications, wound care, immunizations, and other nursing interventions. Ensure compliance with standards of care, clinical guidelines, and MTF policies and procedures. Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and respond appropriately in emergency situations. Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare personnel as assigned. Make referrals and coordinate specialty care when appropriate . Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and staff to support optimal outcomes. Conduct or support research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes. Perform all nursing services identified in the Task Order (TO).
