CentralCare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse – Occupational Medicine to provide full-time services at Beale Air Force Base in Beale AFB, California. This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse – Occupational Medicine to support our military members and their families as federal civilian contractors.

Pay Rate:$68.59/hr.
H&W: $4.57/hr.
Holidays:11 paid holidays annually
PTO: 80 hours accrued annually
Sick Leave: 56 hours accrued annually
Shift Schedule: 8 hours per day to be worked between the hours of 0730-1630, Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

Degree: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or CCNE)

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience after graduation

Occupational Health experience preferred

Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license

Any U.S. state license accepted

Certifications: BLS required (ACLS preferred)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient care in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Perform physical examinations and obtain comprehensive health histories.

Provide occupational health services, health promotion, counseling, and patient education.

Administer medications, wound care, immunizations, and other nursing interventions.

Ensure compliance with standards of care, clinical guidelines, and MTF policies and procedures.

Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and respond appropriately in emergency situations.

Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare personnel as assigned.

Make referrals and coordinate specialty care when appropriate.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and staff to support optimal outcomes.

Conduct or support research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Perform all nursing services identified in the Task Order (TO).
