You will lead performance evaluations, maintain annual staff competencies, and provide training and onboarding for new and existing team members. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the Quality Assurance process, reviewing staff timesheets for accuracy, and ensuring the ongoing maintenance and readiness of the practice. Salary range: $37.60-$78.35/hourly
