Overview Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing. Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work. One year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice. One year of RN management experience. Current CPR certification. Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed. May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene. Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output. REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work as a team member. Skilled Long-term experience. Valid GA State LPN license. Must be in good standing with State Registry. Shifts: Fulltime 3p-11p, 11p-7a Baylor 7a-7p, 7p-7a PRN any shift The wound care nurse assess, treat and create care plans for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and or continence conditions. Cleaning surgical wound and helping a patient with pain management, and consulting staff on how to prevent pressure ulcers.
