This is NOT a remote position Title: Home Health RN (Field) Schedule: Full Time (24 RVE p/week) * Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday Locations: Area #12 covers the following cities: San Jose and Area #11 covering Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Mt. View, Campbell, Los Altos, Saratoga, Los Gatos Paid Training: Must be able to train for 5 days Mon-Friday 9am-5:30pm in San Ramon (onsite) Position Summary: The Home Health RN monitors a patient’s overall health, and in partnership with a primary care physician, develops an individualized plan of care for their patients. Each RN functions as a case manager, and works independently to deliver quality healthcare to their patients. As well as customized care and patient education about disease management, the Home Health RNs provide a variety of specialized services, such as Simple to Complex Wound Therapy, Post-Surgical Care Management, and Ostomy Care Management. We provide an entire internal operational support team for our clinicians to handle the tasks of pre-populating the medication reconciliation, tracking down DME orders, getting MD signatures, coding, lab follow-up, etc., truly allowing you to function independently, with the flexibility to make your own schedule and plan patient visits around other commitments if needed. The home care setting allows you quality time with your patient in the comfort of their own home. Requirements: Minimum 1 year RN experience preferably in acute, SNF, Home Health or Hospice setting Must Possess an active CA Registered Nursing License AA, BSN, MSN Reliable Transportation Current CPR or BLS Card Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, Holiday Pay and PTO Compensation is based on full time schedule

PEDS ICU Full Time 87389BR Job Summary Applies extensive knowledge of clinical education and training practices to develop and deliver education and training content for all levels of clinicians, primarily nurses, at the medical center. Mentors nurse educators and functions as a leader and information resource. Holds in-depth specialty knowledge within a nursing discipline. Leads or oversees the implementation of new programs. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $218,200 - $245,700 (Annual Rate). Advanced interpersonal skills to participate in the development and delivery of new education and training programs and to develop positive working relationships with nursing staff and leadership. Advanced organizational and project management skill to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and see projects through from inception to completion on schedule. Advanced skills in written and verbal communications to convey the most complex clinical, technical, and education and training information in a clear and concise manner, and to produce high-quality reports, documentation, and presentations. Advanced knowledge of a broad spectrum of professional nursing practices and issues and in-depth knowledge in a clinical nursing specialty area. Advanced knowledge of methodology for conducting evidence-based research, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage multiple levels of information and responsibilities, and to quickly assess highly-complex and urgent problems to develop an expedient path of resolution. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing CCRN License/Certification Registered Nurse in the State of California.
