A Memory Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides specialized, compassionate, hands-on care to residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia, focusing on safety, dignity, and quality of life . Key duties include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, managing behavioral changes, encouraging social engagement Memory Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Job Description: Recognize and respond to the needs of residents. Assist in lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of bed, chairs, bath, lifts, and etc. Assist and daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Other duties are assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Valid State CNA license. CPR/First Aid Certification. Experience in dementia or memory care two more years generally preferred. Strong communication, empathy, and patience. 
RN or LPN CNA Instructor CNA Instructor The instructor position requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, at least 1 year of which must be in the provision of long-term care facility services; Experience teaching adults OR Experience supervising CNAs OR Completion of Train-the-Trainer Class is required by the state of TN for approval. You should provide the above information at the time of your interview along with your license and a government issued photo identification. Candidates should have: Excellent communication skills.
