Working collaboratively with nursing leadership, the Clinical Compliance Coordinator supports performance improvement initiatives and advances quality programs across the Lifelong Heath division. What you will do Review and assess electronic medical records to verify accuracy of services provided and ensure compliance with standards of practice and regulatory requirements. Leads regulatory compliance audits utilizing local, state and federal regulations such as CMS Critical Element Pathways to proactively identify risks, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement in clinical quality and patient safety. Conduct investigations and root cause analyses of actual or potential safety issues and compliance breaches to identify underlying factors, ensure corrective actions, and strengthen systems that promote regulatory adherence and patient safety. Develop and implement performance improvement plans, targeted action plans, and just‑in‑time training to advance quality initiatives, strengthen compliance, and drive sustainable improvements in patient care outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams and cross‑departmental partners to provide guidance, support, and expertise in regulatory compliance, fostering alignment and consistency across the Lifelong Health division.
