Develop, update, and communicate the MDS assessment schedule across all payer types. Participate in daily PPS meetings , weekly Medicare reviews , and month-end compliance meetings . Conduct thorough reviews through chart audits, direct observation, and interviews with staff, residents, and families. Ensure timely and compliant MDS submissions and signatures from all IDT members. Serve as Manager on Duty one weekend per month , with a weekday take-back. Collaborate with hospitals and external providers to capture necessary clinical data for accurate assessment and billing.
