CNA Cerification Required

What You Will Do:

Coordinate and schedule transportation for residents to off-site appointments.
Answer telephones or switchboard during scheduled shifts, providing excellent customer service and routing calls appropriately.
Schedule appointments and ensure timely communication between departments, residents, and transportation drivers.
Work with the floor staff to ensure that the floor is staffed to census
Offer facility tours and assist with front desk responsibilities as needed.
Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance workflow, customer experience, and the work environment.
Manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts across clinical and support departments.
Track call-outs and coordinate replacement staff, including contacting agency personnel when necessary.
Ensure staffing compliance with state regulations and facility staffing ratios.
Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, overtime, and scheduling changes.
Support new hire onboarding by assisting with scheduling orientations and initial shift placements.

What You Need:

High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent related work experience).
Experience in scheduling—transport and/or staffing—is required.
Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
Effective verbal and written English skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Customer service oriented, with a team-first attitude.
