Your Role as an RN:

  • Oversee resident care plans and ensure quality nursing services
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor patient conditions, assess symptoms, and update medical records
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and families to provide the best patient care
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols
  • Provide wound care, IV therapy, and specialized nursing interventions as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current RN license in North Carolina
  • CPR and first aid certification preferred
