The Staff Nurse position is responsible for the one-to-one delivery of high-quality and responsive care to our patient population. In addition to direct patient care, this role requires administrative and operational functions such as the oversight of the field nursing staff, staffing and scheduling of clients with nursing staff, and providing occasional support to the homecare division. Clinical Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the individualized care plan, physician orders, and agency policies and procedures. Collaborate with DoN and President of Private Nursing to address client and staffing needs, ensure continuity of care, and avoid any gaps in care. Consistent monitoring of client satisfaction and ongoing adjustments to care plans as needed.
