The RN Case Manager is responsible for supervising Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Patient Care Volunteers. May be asked to rotate to other regions/departments. Qualifications Experience Requirements Must have one year of staff nurse experience in a comparable setting/unit. Hospice and/or palliative care experience is strongly preferred. Qualifications Experience Requirements Must have at least two years of public health/community health, med surg or related nursing experience. Experience in home care, hospice, and/or oncology nursing preferred. Education Requirements Must have a degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. A BSN degree is preferred.
