These services are performed in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director. Qualifications 1. Must hold a current and unencumbered Registered Nursing License in the state which you intend to work.2. Must be organized, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing. 3. RN must understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care and be able to problem-solve effectively. 4. Ability to assume a flexible work schedule. Requirements :1. You will interact with other medical disciplines as needed & provide professional care to the patient. You will also perform the admission visit to the patient in the home & determine the patient’s eligibility for home care services & develop the plan of care to be followed. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing. Current state license as a Registered Nurse, Current state Driver’s License. One-year experience as a Registered Nurse, two preferred. Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis consent/declination. Reliable transportation with valid and current auto liability insurance.
