Collaborate with Clinic Teams: Partner with the Location Director and Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to align on clinic goals, optimize patient schedules, and support operational success. Monitor and Follow Up with Patients: Ensure patient comfort during and after treatments, providing follow-up care and addressing concerns to enhance satisfaction. Handle Equipment and Inventory: Safely operate aesthetic devices and assist with inventory management to ensure the clinic is prepared to deliver seamless patient experiences. Address Patient Concerns: Manage entries in the Patient Concern Queue by responding promptly and thoroughly to maintain trust and loyalty. Support a Positive Environment: Foster a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere that prioritizes both patient care and staff morale. What We’re Looking For Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license. Experience: Minimum 1 year of hospital-based nursing experience required (excluding nursing school clinical rotations). This position is not open to new graduates; applicants must have post-graduate clinical experience in a hospital or similar acute care setting. Description The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others. Description The Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Professional Nurse with broad knowledge and skills who acts as clinical leader in the daily functioning of the unit and oversight of quality patient care delivery, in conjunction with, or in the absence of, the Clinical Nurse Manager.
