Livingston Hills Rehabilitation and NCC is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility located in Hudson, NY. We care for short term rehabiliation and long term care residents. We have an excellent supportive leadership team supporting our direct care staff. We are seeking FT/PT RN's to join our Team ! Duties Include : Supervisory duties for the assigned unit. Review resident records. Monitor overall care; ensure the standard of care on unit. Address questions or complaints brought forward by residents and families. Attend care plan meeting Requirements : Minimum 2 years Long-Term Care Experience. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in NYS. Basic computer skills. Excellent communication skills. What we offer : PTO. Taking applicants for RN Weekend Baylor. Saturday and Sunday 7am - 11pm. Work 32 hours and receive pay for 37.5. We are offering a generous sign on bonus for any RN hired for full time! DUTIES: Handle all supervisory duties for assigned unit. Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures. Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice. Maintain the standards of care for the unit. Review of Resident records & quality of care. Monitor overall care & review individual Residents’ cases Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families. Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management. REQUIREMENTS: Must hold valid NYS RN License. 2 years Long Term Care Experience preferred. 1 year Charge Nurse experience preferred. Should have an excellent positive attitude to act as the leader of a group. Strong computer skills. Excellent communication skills.

Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature. Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed. Treating and dressing wounds as needed. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs). Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene. Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output. REQUIREMENTS: Valid LPN license Must be in good standing with State Registry Must be able to work as a team member
