The LPN Wound Care Nurse is responsible to assist wound nurse with rounds, will be responsible for completing all major treatments in the facility, including designated by wound nurse and DON- assist to ensure care plans are up to date and completed with appropriate interventions. Responsible to ensure all treatment carts are stocked and in place to provide treatment as prescribed, assist with MD orders.
