Identify areas of concern and offer recommendations and suggestions to the Director of Nursing. · Inform Central Supply of any supplies that are needed. · Other special projects and duties, as assigned. Job Requirements of the ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing): · Long Term Care experience is highly preferred. · Must possess and maintain a current Florida license as a Registered Nurse (RN) · Experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) · Must be able to move, lift, and position patients.
