Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with daily living skills (e.g., lifting, transferring, toileting, personal hygiene, laundry, meal preparation). Promote appropriate community integration and social interaction (e.g. visiting family, friends, church/temple, etc). Implement outcomes developed through a Support Plan.
