The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center team consists of 20+ Therapists spanning 20 years of experience with backgrounds in acute, sub-acute, long term and outpatient settings would provide an excellent setting for learning and growth. RN Unit Manager Job Description: Supervision and management of RNs, LPNs and CNAs Ensure that quality care is given at all times Ensure customer service is always a high priority Will always go above and beyond for both residents and staff Reports to the Director of Nursing RN Unit Manager Qualifications: Minimum of two (3) years of Skilled Nursing, Hospital, Clinical or Home Care experience including at least one (1) year in a Lead or Supervisory capacity.
