Overview This position will serve as the TMS technician in the afternoons, as well as a medical receptionist in the mornings. Your certification must be uploaded to your profile Responsibilities Greet and arrive patients in a courteous and timely manner. Checks-in and checks-out patients, obtains referrals when appropriate, schedules outside appointments with specialists when requested and handles hospital consults. Schedule/reschedule clinic and ancillary testing appointments. Responsible for working/maintaining task list in the electronic medical record and assist with reports as needed.
