Aegis Health & Rehab, a leader in the long-term care industry, is actively seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Medical Technicians (CMT) to join our dynamic team in Wildwood, MO. As a CMT at Aegis Health & Rehab, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents by administering medications and collaborating with our team of experienced healthcare professionals.

Competitive Base Pay: $19-21.00 per hour, with a day shift differential of $2.00 and overnight differential of $3.00.

Responsibilities:

Observe and document changes in the condition of patients.
Administer routine daily medications, whether prescription or non-prescription, to patients.
Collaborate with different nursing staff to assist in overall patient care.
Follow written or verbal instructions on the proper management of medications.
Applicants should be aware that, if necessary, the position may require flexibility and a willingness to work as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) based on the needs of the facility.

Day in the Life / Expectations:

Work 8 hour shifts (5:00am-1:30, 1:00pm - 9:30pm), every other weekend and some holidays as needed
Foster a positive team environment.
Promote collaboration among healthcare professionals.
Contribute to the growth of our reputation as the preferred source for skilled nursing and long-term care in the communities we serve.

Qualifications:

Certified as a Medical Technician.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Dependable and compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
