We are hiring immediately! Our skilled nursing facility in Lake Placid, Florida is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 3PM to 11PM evening shift.

This role includes a $4.50/hr shift differential, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and access to daily pay, along with holiday pay and benefits for eligible employees.


Position: RN or LPN – Evening Shift (3PM–11PM)

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting

  • Administer medications and treatments as directed

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team

  • Maintain compliance with state and federal nursing standards


Qualifications

  • Active Florida RN or LPN license (required)

  • CPR certification (required)

  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking skills

  • Ability to start immediately is highly preferred


Schedule

  • 3PM to 11PM (Evening Shift)
