This role collaborates closely with cardiologists and the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in both office and hospital settings. Job Responsibilities: Manage acute and chronic cardiac patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Conduct outpatient clinic visits, inpatient rounding, hospital consults and on-call rotation. Collaborate with cardiologists, nursing staff, and other specialists to ensure continuity of care. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging studies. Prescribe and manage medications for cardiac and related conditions. Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with documentation and billing standards. Provide patient education and counseling on treatment plans, disease prevention, and health maintenance.
