About Us - Diabetes Education
We are a team of Registered Dietitians and Registered Nurses that provide diabetes education, training, and support to clients with diabetes through an ADA recognized diabetes education program. We pride ourselves by following the most up to date standards of care for diabetes education. The clinic provides a wide range of services to clients with diabetes including training on insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors.
Our Registered dietitians also provide a wide variety of Medical Nutrition Therapy to clients in the 4 states. We are part of the Ozark Center Reconnect team which relies on a multidisciplinary team to help clients who are recovering from eating disorders.
