Serenity Hospice PA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Lancaster, PA. In this role, you will be responsible exclusively for conducting Face-to-Face (F2F) assessments for hospice patients to help determine and support ongoing eligibility for hospice care.
