Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Hospice Location: Philadelphia County, PA Schedule: Full-Time | No Nights, No Weekends Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our hospice team serving the Philadelphia, PA. In this role, the LPN provides high-quality, comfort-focused nursing care to hospice patients in their homes and other care settings, under the direction of a Registered Nurse and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
