Wound Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Job Title: Wound Care NP/PA Department: Wound Care Reports To: Supervising Physician / Medical Director Job Purpose The Wound Care NP/PA provides direct patient care under the supervision of a wound care physician. This role is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic wounds, performing wound-related procedures, and educating patients and families. Maintain professional development, certification, and continuing education requirements. Adhere to organizational policies, infection control standards, and HIPAA compliance.
