Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at Honor Health Sonoran Crossing Medical Center, located in Williamsburg, VA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional patient care, conducting patient assessments, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and execute care plans. They will also educate patients and their families, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Virginia or multi-state licensure
  • Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and care management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Knowledge of patient care processes, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Compassionate approach to patient care and strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities
