Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through the completion of an accredited School of Nursing.
Pediatric experience preferred.
CPR Training required and/or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
Must provide record of a completed diploma (or equivalent) or academic transcript for those areas performing complexity testing.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal patient care environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Frequent exposure to communicable disease and moderately adverse working conditions due to performance of certain patient care activities.

In collaboration with the RSTL Medical Director, the Coordinator is responsible for planning, directing, implementing and coordinating all simulation training program curricula developed to include: (1) graduate medical education simulation to support Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education requirements; (2) team-based healthcare simulation utilizing task trainers, patient simulators (manikins), and healthcare team training to support DNV Healthcare's National Integrated Accreditation requirements; and (3) new medical-surgical equipment/new procedure demonstration.
