Job Requirements

Work Experience

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with current state licensure.
Additional IV medication class, if required by state guidelines.
Meets all state/licensing requirements.
ESRD experience preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure manuals.
Effective communication with clients and staff.

Salary Range:

$20 - $30 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
