About Us – PAR-CV

Located in the Freeman Heart & Vascular Institute
PAR-CV is a high volume perioperative and postoperative outpatient procedural area focusing on the delivery of care to patients scheduled in the Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiovascular OR, and preforming specialized bedside procedures.
No weekends, No holidays, No call!
Care in this area is delivered by a team of high-quality nursing staff consisting of Registered Nurses and Nurse Technicians.

What You’ll Do

In conjunction with the medical plan of care, independently performs systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families; plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care.

Requirements

Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
