Heritage Trails Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently searching for talented LVN’s to join our team!

The LVN is responsible for providing nursing care as directed by the Director of Nursing and for supervising the program aide assigned to assist with nursing services.

  • Taking and monitoring patient vital signs

  • Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing

  • Administering medication

  • Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members

  • Maintaining accurate patient records

  • Collecting specimen samples when needed

  • Taking an active part in patient care planning

  • Preparing patients for transfers or discharge

  • Assisting in medical procedures

  • Managing emergency medical situations

**Daily Pay Available**

LVN Requirements:

· Must have a valid LVN license in good standing.

  • Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.

  • Completion of orientation required by company policy.

  • Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.

  • Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.

  • Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.

  • Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
