Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients. Engage clients in activities that promote emotional and physical well-being. Follow care plans and medication reminders as directed. Communicate effectively with family members, supervisors, and other care team members. Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or equivalent caregiving experience (preferred). Minimum of 1 year experience working with dementia and/or behavioral issue clients. Experience using a Hoyer Lift required. Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.
