What you’ll be doing:

Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes
Provide assistance with personal care
Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises
Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding
Properly manage household needs
Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
You will be working in Hammond, Covington, Mandeville, Slidell, the entire North Shore and Surrounding areas.
This is a PRN position, can be part-time and full-time based on the shifts.

What we’re looking for:

A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
18 years or older
High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
Access to reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a background check and pre employment screening
Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities
Must have a possitive attitue and a sencere desire to help care for others

The Floater will be the caregiver to go into a shift when we have call-outs, as well as assist in the office with administrative duties.The ideal candidate should have 2 years experience. CNA is a PLUS. Rotating weekends and some overnights are REQUIRED. Must be comfortable with pets, smokers, and transporting clients in your personal vehicle when needed.
