What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes
  • Provide assistance with personal care
  • Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises
  • Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding
  • Properly manage household needs
  • Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
  • You will be working in Hammond, Covington, Mandeville, Slidell, the entire North Shore and Surrounding areas.
  • This is a PRN position, can be part-time and full-time based on the shifts.

  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
  • Access to reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a background check and pre employment screening

Home Care Aide Job Description Description Homecare Aides provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other inflictions.
