We are currently searching for a Fulltime Registered Nurse to work in the Procedure Rooms - Intraop - Four 10 hour shifts Monday - Friday with a start time of 6:00am. This nurse needs to be able to work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. Major responsibilities include: Assist the physician during endoscopic procedures. Prepare patients for their procedures - preop. Provide care for patients in recovery. Actively participates in all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities. Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge, and skills, be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse, Current BLS and ACLS, and prefer - at least two years of registered nurse experience.
