This role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented RN who can provide high-quality postoperative care in a dynamic fertility clinic environment. If you have fertility experience, this is a plus! What you'll do in this role: Monitor and assess patients' recovery from anesthesia following fertility procedures. Provide postoperative care, including pain management and administering medications as needed. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall well-being. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who is a professional, who will provide patient care based upon the nursing process; being effectively involved with maintaining the standard of care for assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Our nurse will oversee and guide employees who are under their supervision. The Pre-Op PACU RN/LVN is under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Key Responsibilities : Provide preoperative nursing care, demonstrating knowledge of growth and development in accordance with facility policies. Apply perioperative nursing skills and standards consistent with AORN and regulatory guidelines. Ensure smooth and safe patient transitions between Pre-Op, OR, and PACU. Use proper body mechanics to safely move and position patients and equipment. Monitor and assess patients as anesthesia wears off; provide and explain post-op care instructions. Support anesthesia providers during intubation/extubation and respond promptly to any changes in patient condition. Verify accuracy and consistency of H&P, physician orders, and consent forms before procedures. Prepare and administer medications per current standards and the “7 rights” of medication administration; ensure compliance with all safety and documentation protocols. Provide thorough handoff communication to the RN Circulator to maintain continuity of care. We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for a PRN position. The ideal candidate will educate, treat, and inform patients for their appointment. Potential candidates for this role should be excellent communicators who excel at developing and maintaining patient relationships. Responsibilities include: Assisting physician with patient care Prepare patients for exams or treatment including taking patient history, vitals and phlebotomy Document patient care in the medical records system accurately and in a timely manner Organize, stock and clean rooms as well as sterilize instruments Answering phones/scheduling appointments as well as general administrative tasks Skills & Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, required Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program - Certified or Registered MA is preferred 2 years experience required, OB/GYN experience is preferred. Phlebotomy experience is required - certification preferred Proficiency in keyboarding skills and experience with electronic medical records Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA requirement Rotating weekend coverage/cross-training to support clinical team ✨ Part-time Hours.
