Summary GENERAL SUMMARY The Dialysis RN is responsible for direct and individualized nursing care of patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles and standards of care. Interpersonal skills necessary in order to assign work to subordinates. NICU: CPR training required and/or must be obtained within 45 days of hire. PICU: CPR training required as well as current PALS and Defibrillation/Cardioversion certifications. ED: CPR training within 30 days; PALS and ACLS certification within 6 months of hire; ENPC per direction of Education Coordinator. RN certification preferred.
