Initially, teammates will work primarily in one of the list areas below. After six months, and based on departmental needs, nurses may also be trained to work in other areas. JOB SUMMARY The home health registered nurse uses the nursing process (assesses, plans, implements, evaluates) to provide patient care in the home setting.
