Minimum Requirements Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or a graduate degree in Nursing is required. Previous experience as a Cath Lab Registered Nurse is required. A minimum of two years of leadership experience in an invasive cardiology setting is required. Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills are essential. Certification such as CVIT and a bachelors degree are desirable. Current ACLS and BLS certification is required. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing. Electrophysiology Lab experience. Additional Requirement This role requires applicants to live within a 30 minute drive of University Health Truman Medical Center downtown.

What You’ll Do Provide direct and indirect patient care that’s safe, effective, and patient-centered Assess patients holistically—physical, psychological, environmental, and functional needs included Develop, implement, and adjust care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and care teams Analyze patient data to determine nursing diagnoses and guide interventions Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts Support and educate patients, families, and nursing colleagues using adult learning principles Uphold professional nursing standards, compliance requirements, and organizational policies Deliver compassionate, respectful care to patients of all ages Minimum Requirements BSN or equivalent combination of education and specialty RN experience Current Missouri Registered Nurse license Current BCLS certification Two years of experience in a related nursing specialty Ready to Join the Team?
