Ensures coordination of services across disciplines and individuals while ensuring appropriate use of funding sources. Balances good clinical outcomes with positive financial outcomes for the agency. Follows up with patients' doctors to obtain proper orders and resolve any outstanding issues. Works closely with the DON to ensure departmental responsibilities are met.
