Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with the DON and ADON to assess and oversee daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring strict adherence to current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing our facility. Ensure that all nursing personnel are executing their respective job roles proficiently. Participate in facility surveys (inspections) conducted by authorized government agencies, as directed by the DON and ADON. Conduct daily rounds of the Nursing Services Department to guarantee that all nursing staff members are meeting and exceeding acceptable nursing standards. Address and investigate complaints and grievances brought forth by department personnel, and promptly report findings to the Director of Nursing Services.
