Position: Weekend RN Supervisors
Location: Long Beach, New York
Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM | 3 PM – 11 PM | 11 PM – 7 AM (Weekend shifts)
Salary: $55 per hour

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and coordinate resident care during weekend shifts

  • Supervise nursing staff and support teams

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

  • Provide hands-on nursing care as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid New York State RN license

  • Minimum 2 years nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts on weekends

You will oversee the daily activities of the Cath Lab, ensuring high-quality patient care during diagnostic and interventional procedures. This role is a "working manager" position, requiring a blend of clinical mastery, financial oversight, and human resources expertise. Key Responsibilities 1. Clinical & Operational Oversight Daily Workflow: Coordinate the daily procedural schedule to maximize lab utilization and ensure timely "door-to-balloon" results for emergency STEMI cases. Patient Safety: Direct the nursing and technical staff in the delivery of care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, pacemaker insertion, and EP studies. Emergency Readiness: Maintain 24/7 staffing readiness for cardiac emergencies and manage the departmental on-call rotation. 2.
